Key Policy Highlights:
- Tracking & Proof of Delivery (POD): Shipment tracking and POD requests are valid for 120 days from the shipment date. Claims made beyond this window are outside of KStrong’s responsibility.
- Shortage Claims: Any claims for missing items or shortages must be reported in writing within 30 days of receipt.
- Return Window: Returns are accepted within 120 days of shipment. (Please note that all returns remain subject to a standard 15% restocking fee).
- Freight Terms: Delivery of products is FOB shipping point from our facility. Title and risk of loss pass to the Customer at the shipping point, regardless of who pays the freight.
