Shipping, Delivery, Claims, and Returns Policy

Applicability: All Orders USA/Canada
Freight Terms and Transfer of Title
- FOB Shipping Point: Delivery of products to the Customer will be FOB (Free On Board) shipping point from the Seller’s plant.
- Carrier Selection: Unless the Customer arranges their own carrier, shipment will be via common carrier, contract carrier, or Seller’s truck at our discretion.
- Risk of Loss: Regardless of whether the Seller or Customer pays the freight, title and all risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer at the FOB shipping point.
Shipping Estimates and Delays
- Estimates Only: Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Shipping times represent the time it normally takes a package to arrive from the day of dispatch, not the day the order is submitted.
- Liability: KStrong is not liable for any delays in shipments. The Seller will not be responsible for loss, damage, or delay caused by the carrier.
Claims and Damages
- Freight Claims: As title passes at the shipping point, the Customer is responsible for filing and recovering on any and all freight damage claims.
- Concealed Damage: The Customer is responsible for discovering concealed freight damages; the Seller will not honor claims for concealed damage.
- Shortages and Errors: Claims for shortages or other errors must be made in writing to the Seller within thirty (30) days after receipt of a shipment. Verbal reports to Customer Service will not be accepted as official notice; written documentation is required. Failure to make such a claim within the thirty-day period will constitute a waiver of all such claims by the Customer.
Proof of Delivery (POD) and Tracking
- Tracking Validity: Shipment tracking information is valid for 120 days from the shipment date.
- Liability Cutoff: Failure to receive goods must be communicated to KStrong within this timeframe. Requests for Proof of Delivery (POD) or claims of non-receipt made beyond 120 days are outside the window of KStrong’s responsibility.
Returns and RMAs
- Return Window: Returns are accepted up to 120 days from the date of shipment, provided the items are in resellable condition.
- Restocking Fee: A standard restocking fee of 15% applies to all returns.
- Fee Waiver: The 15% restocking fee may be waived if the Customer places an offsetting order of equal or greater value at the time of the return.
