KStrong USA/Canada is proud to announce the promotion of Dianna Hernandez to the role of Customer Service Manager and Inside Support Specialist.
During her two years with KStrong, Dianna has been a cornerstone of our support team, demonstrating exceptional leadership, a deep commitment to customer satisfaction, and a relentless passion for delivering results. She brings nearly 25 years of diverse experience across the safety, supply distribution, and printing industries. Throughout her career, she has held key roles in sales, finance, business operations, and customer service.
Dianna’s versatile background in relationship building, product management, and team leadership has been instrumental in driving business growth. She is deeply passionate about establishing and nurturing strong, productive relationships with customers, sales representatives, and her internal team. Her innate ability to build rapport and truly understand the unique needs of her clients has been a driving force behind her success.
Based in Mattoon, Illinois, Dianna is also a highly active community leader. She serves on the YMCA Executive Board and the Douglas-Hart Board, and she regularly volunteers for charitable causes including the Special Olympics and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Outside of work, she is an avid marathon runner, beekeeper, and farm land-shaper who loves spending time with her family.
As Dianna steps into this new role, KStrong also wants to extend our deepest gratitude to Lindsey Wells, who recently stepped away from the Customer Service Manager position after an incredible six-year tenure. We are incredibly thankful for Lindsey’s dedication, leadership, and the strong foundation she built for our team, and we wish her the absolute best in her next chapter.
