Managing your fall protection assets just got a little easier. We are excited to announce that Version 5.3 of the KStrong Compass™ App is officially available for download on both iOS and Android devices.
Our latest release focuses on backend bug fixes and user experience enhancements designed to make field inspections faster and more intuitive. One of the most requested features now included in 5.3 is the ability to instantly view your equipment’s inspection status directly from the main asset page, eliminating the need to click through multiple menus just to see if a harness or SRL is cleared for use.
How to Get the Update
The KStrong Compass app requires users to manually authorize updates. To ensure your safety management system is operating on the latest build, please open the Apple App Store or Google Play Store on your device, search for “KStrong Compass,” and tap “Update.”
Quick Troubleshooting Tip
A handful of users have reported a localized cache issue where the app hangs on the “Success” screen during their first login attempt after updating. If this happens to you, the fix is simple: delete the app from your phone and reinstall it. This clears the old cache data and will allow you to log in smoothly.
