After an incredible journey spanning over three decades in the fall protection industry, I am announcing my retirement from my role as President of KStrong Inc.
My career began in 1994 at Research and Trading Corporation (RTC), where I had the distinct honor of being hired by Dr. Nigel Ellis, one of the founding fathers of fall protection. That early experience set the foundation for a 31-year adventure that has taken me through various facets of this great industry—from sales, marketing and product development to engineered systems and full P&L management.
I have been fortunate to work with some exceptional organizations throughout my career such as FallTech and Rigid Lifelines. Most recently, I was proud to be instrumental in the launch and growth of KStrong USA.
I want to offer a special thanks to the current team at KStrong. I have been very fortunate to work hand-in-hand with such great people to help meet our shared goals. It has been a privilege to work alongside you, and I am proud of what we have built together.
As I step away from my position, I feel incredibly humbled and thankful. While I am retiring from my current role, I am not leaving the industry entirely. I look forward to shifting my focus toward consulting and pursuing my true passion: training.
