Dianna Hernandez is a dedicated and experienced professional who has recently joined the KStrong team as a Customer Service and Inside Support Specialist. With nearly 25 years in the Safety, Supply Distribution, and Printing Industry, Dianna brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record of success.
Throughout her career, Dianna has held diverse roles in sales, customer service, finance, and business operations, demonstrating her versatility and adaptability. Her strong background in relationship building, product management, and team leadership has enabled her to excel in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer service.
Dianna’s passion for helping others is evident in her commitment to establishing and nurturing strong relationships with customers, sales representatives, and her team. Her ability to build rapport and understand the needs of her clients has been instrumental in her success.
In 2022, Dianna was recognized at Justrite Safety Group with an “Outstanding Achievement” award, a testament to her dedication and hard work. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a minor in Business and is currently pursuing her MBA, further demonstrating her commitment to professional development.
A longtime resident of Mattoon, Illinois, Dianna is actively involved in her community. She serves on the YMCA Board and volunteers for various charitable events, including the Special Olympics and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. In her spare time, she enjoys running marathons, beekeeping, land shaping farms, and spending time with her family.
