Just $2.50 per logo imprint, per harness.
Low Minimums

*Note: Orders below 25 harnesses cannot be processed without manager authorization.
Turnaround Time & Expectations
- Standard Lead Time: 7–10 Business Days.
- The Clock Starts When: The 7-10 day production window only begins after the warehouse receives your order AND your logo is verified and approved in our system.
- Important Rules: Business days are Monday–Friday. Orders received after 3:00 PM local warehouse time will process the following business day.
*Note: The 7-10 day timeframe covers production only and does not include shipping/transit time.
File Requirements
To ensure the highest quality print, please submit your logos meeting the following criteria:
- Accepted Formats: .AI, .EPS, or .PDF (Vector formats highly preferred!). High-res .PNG (300 DPI minimum) is also accepted.
- Color Mode: CMYK or PMS values required.
- First-Time Logos: New logos require 1–2 business days for system entry and proofing. The customer must provide written authorization confirming the right to use the logo.
The 6-Step Workflow
Step 1: Order Receipt
Warehouse receives your harness order.
Step 2: Verification
Logo is cross-checked in the KStrong system for approval.
Step 3: Pre-Print Review
Specifications are confirmed (size, placement, color profile).
Step 4: Production
Your gear hits the print line (7-10 business days).
Step 5: Inspection
Every print is inspected for accuracy, color consistency, and defects.
Step 6: Ship
Your custom gear is packaged, shipped, and tracking is provided!
