Re: Labelling Error
Dear Valued Customer,
A limited number of KStrong Welding Harnesses were sold with labeling misstating that they were manufactured with Aramid webbing when in fact they were manufactured with a treated polyester flame-retardant (FR) webbing complying to ISO 15025:2002 and ISO 9150:1988 for resistance against limited flame exposure and molten metal splash.
The harness model affected by this stop use and inspection alert is as follows:

Please Note: There have been no reports of injuries or incidents associated with this stop use and inspection alert.

Therefore, we encourage our customers to do whatever is needed to get your employees back on the job safely. KStrong Inc. apologizes for any inconvenience this Product Stop Use and Recall Notice may cause you.
REPLACE DIRECTLY WITH KSTRONG INC.
1. Contact KStrong Inc. Customer Service at 1-833-578-7664 and request a Return Authorization (RA) number to initiate your product return and replacement.
2. Customer Service will provide you with instructions on how to return the recalled product to KStrong Inc. free of charge. Product must be returned to KStrong Inc.
