Immediate Product Stop Use and Recall Notice

A concern has been raised regarding recent inspections and repairs performed on certain fall protection equipment as part of the recent recall campaign KS03-SUR. Specifically, that a screw came loose that is used as part of the unit’s hardware assembly. Therefore, we are initiating a second Immediate Product Stop Use and Recall that will allow us to service and replace the previously repaired hardware assembly with a completely new and improved hardware assembly, one that fully complies with our high quality and safety requirements.
IMPORTANT: Although there have been no reported incidents resulting in an injury, we are issuing this Immediate Product Stop Use and Recall Notice out of an abundance of caution.
Affected Products
Any products noted below purchased and received on or before October 31st, 2025.
To ensure compliance and uphold the highest safety standards, we request your assistance in:
1. Identifying and reporting any units within your inventory or customer network that were previously repaired or replaced under this recall;
2. Suspending distribution or use of any affected items until verification is complete.
All inspections and verifications will be conducted at no cost to your organization or your customers. In addition to inventory you may possess, please notify your customers of this recall as soon as possible and assist them in arranging all returns to the address below.
Because fall protection products are life-critical equipment, ensuring their integrity is essential. Continued use of items that have not been reverified may pose a significant safety risk.

The process of replacing the repaired hardware assemblies with the new and improved hardware assemblies will commence on or about Thursday, November 6th, 2025.

Required Action
REPAIR DIRECTLY WITH KSTRONG INC.
1. IMMEDIATELY STOP USE of any units listed above.
2. Contact KStrong Inc. Customer Service at [email protected] or 1-833-578-7664 and request a Return Authorization (RMA) number to initiate your product return and repair. Customer Service will provide our shipping account number for you to send the recalled units at our expense to an Authorized Service Center for repair and return back to you.
3. To expedite the return process, please include the following information in your message:
a. Quantity of SRL’s to be returned and repaired.
b. Name of Distributor from which the product was purchased (if known).
c. Return Address to ship repaired product.
